Return shipments are paid by buyers until further notice 

We apologize that currently no free returns are available for customer dis-satisfactions. This including but not limited to: did not meet expectations, change mind or impulse purchase, delivery delays, color does not look like in pictures, size that does not fit, unwanted gift, counterfeit, or any reason may not lie with the platform but with the user's experience. All merchandise we carry on site is verified by our diligent authenticity team to be 100% authentic, and pictures taken based on the item you receive. You are responsible for return shipments. Your original shipping is non-refundable, this amount will be deducted from your refund. 

Notify us within 7 calendar days if you have received a defective or an incorrect product( after 7 calendar days merchandise is considered in good condition). Clear photos are required for inside & outside of the package. You may required to return the product back to us for further evaluation, we will email you a prepaid label. At the same time, you will receive an insurance claim verification letter from us, you must follow the instructions to fill-out required information. Insurance claim takes about two (2) weeks to be settled, once the insurance claim process is finished, and we have already received the returned package back, we will start to process the replacement. You will be fully refunded ( including your original shipping cost) if the item is out of stock or unable to be replaced. 

Allow up to Ten (10) business days to complete the authorization return process to your original payment. Allow up to Three (3) business day processes to complete the return processes to a store credit. 

Leave us a note in the package including the reason for returning, your name, your order#, your registered email address, Yes/ No to store credit. 

A store credit refund cannot be reversed to original payment, original payment refund cannot be reversed to store credit. 


Merchandise must be returned within 14 calendar days from the package delivery date to get a refund through your original payment.

You must return the package within the return window (14 calendar days from the date you receive your package). If you have received a label from us, make sure to use it before the return window is closed. Purchases over 14 calendar days are no longer qualified for return, the return label in your hand is no longer valid to be used. If you insist on returning something after the return window is closed, the package will be returned back to you, or will be discarded. 



1. Go to your My purchase page or Start a return and click the order number that contains the item(s) you would like to return.

2. In your selected order summary, click “Return”, then select items you would like to return. 

3. Fill out and submit the requested return information, and a confirmation screen with your RMA number will appear.

4. You will also receive a confirmation email with a summary of your return request, shipping instructions and a shipping label you may print and $4.95 will be deducted when your item is processed. Once you receive your confirmation email, please follow the instructions provided in the email to complete your return.

If you do not wish to use the online service, you can purchase a label from a local courier. Use a tracked service, and keep a hold of your receipt, just in case there are any issues.

Securely packing all returning merchandise. Refunds will not be processed if the item comes back to us and gets damaged. 


All returned items must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, gently place items in the box or package that we originally provided and ship the package back to:

After your return is accepted by LLBazar please allow up to Ten (10) business days to complete the authorization process. Once your return is processed, please allow 2-3 business days for your fund to reflect back to your account. Please note credit card processing times may vary.
