Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or sales proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Easiest way to return an item is to e-mail us let us know which item(s) you are returning. To create a UPS or USPS return shipping label from LLBazar / Order / Return. A refund will be processed within 48 hours after package is delivered.

What happens next?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges
Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed on the checkout page at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.
We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. The carriers that may be used include, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
